NetSuite Point of Sale

NetSuite Point of Sale (NSPOS) is the workstation-based point-of-sale application from the NetSuite family of commerce products. The NSPOS retail solution includes an efficient and flexible interface for handling sales transactions, returns, refunds, sales orders, customer information, and more.

The integration with NetSuite means retailers have detailed visibility to transactions across all locations and can manage accounting tasks using the general ledger tools in NetSuite ERP. NSPOS supports a variety of payment platforms and hardware types.

NSPOS works with peripheral equipment such as bar code scanners, PIN pads for card tenders, cash drawers, receipt printers, and mouse and keyboard setups. Sales associates can also use on-screen features such as dynamic item look-up, a tap screen interface, and a virtual keyboard.

Important:

The Commerce web stores line includes another point of sale solution – SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS). NSPOS runs primarily on desktop cash register setups. SCIS processes transactions using touchscreen tablets or other portable devices. For SCIS documentation, see SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS).

NetSuite Point of Sale is available in the United States, Australia, Canada, England, and New Zealand.
