Sales Order Register Report
The Sales Order Register report shows all customer orders, including status and amount.
This report helps you track online store orders if you're using NetSuite for e-commerce.
With Narrative Insights, you can use generative AI to summarize the report, helping you review overall approved sales order amounts for a specific time period and target high-value and pending orders.
The generated insights may include:

The total approved sales order amount for the selected period

A prioritized list of sales orders with the highest total revenue, including the customer name, total revenue, status, and date for each

Identification of sales orders with pending action or status, highlighting any areas of concern

Exceptions or risks observed in the sales order data
To generate an insight on the Sales Order Register report, the Enable Narrative Insights preference must be enabled in the Narrative Insights tab of the AI Preferences page. This preference is enabled by default. For more information, see Managing Narrative Insights Preferences.

Contact your administrator to get access to the Sales Order Register report.
Add the Orders and the Sales (Orders) key performance indicators (KPIs) to your dashboard for a quick view of Sales Order Register totals. For more information about KPIs, see Key Performance Indicators.
To view the Sales Order Register report:

Go to Reports > Order Management > Sales Orders Register.
NetSuite shows a loading message for your report. The status bar shows the report's loading status.

To stop the report from loading, you can click Cancel Report.

(Optional) To customize the report, click Customize.
The Report Builder opens, letting you add, move, or remove columns, add fields, and add totals.
This report doesn't support reporting by period, even if the Report by Period preference is set to All Reports. Configure the Report by Period preference at Home > Set Preferences, on the Analytics subtab.
To generate an insight on the Sales Order Register report:
Insights may differ each time they're generated, even when you're viewing the same data.

Filter the report to include only the information you want the insight to reflect.

Click the Generate Insight button.
The Narrative Insights dialog is displayed. You can generate the insight again at any time by clicking the Generate Insight button.
