FODL - Create Download Flat File
This process reads all download staging records marked with a given batch control ID & run number and creates the flat file that's passed to the field order print / dispatch software.
Note:
This process is rerunnable. You can reproduce the flat file at any time. Simply request this job and specify the run number associated with the historic run.
The format of the flat file is determined based on an extract program linked to the field order's dispatch group. Refer to Dispatch Groups Control The Information Merged Onto Field Orders for more information.
