Manually Creating a Lead
Use this procedure to manually create a new lead.
- Select

Select the lead’s Initiative and click OK.
The Account Lead page displays so that you can complete the lead.
Enter the following information as required by the Initiative:
- Search for and select the sales representative for the lead.
- Indicate how the customer requested information about the initiative in the response channel.
- Indicate if the customer has signed up for the initiative.
- Search for and select the account that will be associated to the lead.
- Search for and select the premise that will be associated to the lead.
- Click Save.
Note: Leads can also be created through the Initiative context
menus and Account context menus.
