Lead Event Information Can Be Overridden

“Lead Event info” is the concatenated string of information that summarizes a lead event throughout the system. The base-package logic constructs this string by concatenating the following information:

Lead event type description
Status of the lead event
Trigger date of the lead event

If you'd prefer a different info string, you can develop a new algorithm and plug-it in on the Lead Event’s maintenance object.
