Search Accrual Type

The Search Accrual Type zone allows you to search an accrual type using various search criteria. It contains the following two sections:

• Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description	Mandatory (Yes or No)
  Accrual Type	Used to search a particular accrual type.	No
  Description	Used to search accrual types having a particular description.	No
  Accrual Criteria	Used to search accrual types which are created to calculate accruals based on a particular bill criteria. The valid values are: Actual - Used to search accrual types which are created to calculate accruals based on the actual bill data. Historical - Used to search accrual types which are created to calculate accruals based on the historical bill data.	No
  Posting Method	Used to search accrual types which are created to calculate accruals at a particular level. The valid values are: Bill Level - Used to search accrual types which are created to accrue the bill segments and adjustments of bills at the bill level. Bill Distribution Code Level - Used to search accrual types which are created to accrue the bill segments and adjustments of bills at the distribution code level. Price Item Level - Used to search accrual types which are created to accrue the bill segments and adjustments of bills at the price item level. Price Item Distribution Code Level - Used to search accrual types which are created to accrue the bill segments of a particular price item at the distribution code level.	No
  Division	Used to search accrual types which are associated to a particular division. Note: You can only view those divisions to which you have access in the Division list.	No

  Note: You must specify at least one search criterion while searching for an accrual type.

• Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:

  Column Name	Column Description
  Accrual Type	Displays the accrual type.
  Accrual Type Information	Displays information about the accrual type. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Accrual Type screen appears where you can view the details of the respective accrual type.
  Accrual Criteria	Indicates the bill criteria which is used to calculate the accrual.
  Posting Method	Indicates the bill level at which the accrual is calculated.
  Type of Day	Indicates the type of day which is used as a reference for calculating the accruals.
  Division	Indicates the division to which the accrual type is associated.

  Note: Pagination is used to display limited number of records in the Search Results section. You can use the navigation links, such as Previous and Next to navigate between pages.
