If you choose not to deploy a project, you can delete the project from ATG Merchandising. You can only delete active projects that have not yet been deployed. To delete a project, you must be the owner of its current task or the task must be unassigned.
When you delete an active project, the system deletes from the database the project and all objects associated with it. All working versions of project assets are discarded.
To delete an active project:
On the ATG Business Control Center home page, locate the project you want to delete in the To Do List. Use the Show menu to filter the list and help you locate the project.
Click Go To Project.
The ATG Business Control Center opens to the Project Details page of ATG Content Administration, which displays information about your project and its tasks.
From the Select Action drop-down list, choose Delete Project.
A confirmation dialog appears.
Caution: The deletion is irreversible. All working versions of project assets are removed from the system and cannot be retrieved.
Click OK.
