Delete assets when you are certain you won’t use them in the future and deleting them won’t produce difficulties in your application.
Note: Because promotions are attached to other Repository items, such as profiles, other promotions, and coupons, disabling a promotion could cause your Web site to process an order in a way you don’t expect. You can’t delete promotions, but you can disable them. See Deactivating Promotions for instructions.
To delete assets:
Locate the assets you want to delete in the Browse tab, Search tab, or Project tab. See Browse Tab, Search Tab, or Project Tab.
Select the checkbox beside each asset you want to delete.
Click Delete.
When prompted for confirmation, click OK.
