The Description column in the Content Targeters window displays a description of each targeter. To edit the description:
Select the targeter from the Content Targeters window. (To select a targeter without opening it, click any column other than the Name column.)
Select File > Edit Description. The Edit Description dialog box opens.
Type the new description for the targeter and click OK.
