Display the workflow in the editing window.
Select File > Print. A dialog box appears, prompting you to choose whether to have the system scale the workflow to fit the page or print it full size (on multiple pages if necessary). The page size and orientation are the ones you have currently selected for your printer. Select Scale to Fit Page unless the workflow is so short that you are sure it will fit on the page.
Click OK. A standard print dialog box appears, allowing you to print the workflow to the specified printer.
You can also choose to save the workflow in JPEG format for use as an image in another application. To do so, select File > Save as JPEG and then specify a name and location for the file.
