To insert an Audit Trail element in a scenario, do the following:
After an element that you want to record, add an Action element, and select Record Audit Trail from the list of available elements.
In the With Label field, type the description of the activity as you want it to appear in the report.
Click the checkmark at the end of the element to add it to the scenario.

You can add as many Audit Trail elements to a scenario as you need. Make sure that each label is unique.
