The Solution Activity analysis provides information about activity that affects the solutions in Oracle ATG Web Knowledge Manager.
The components of the analysis are explained in the following table.

Owning Group | The division of your customer service organization that is responsible for the solution |
Author | The customer service agent who created the solution |
Status | The date on which the solution was created |

# Status Change | The number of times the solution passed from one point in the workflow to another |
# Modify | The number of times the solution was modified |
# View | The number of times internal and external users have viewed the solution |
# Link | The number of times the solution was linked to another solution |
# Unlink | The number of times that links from the solution to other solutions were removed |
# Reuse | The number of times that customer service agents linked the solution to customer support tickets |
# Delete | The number of times the solution was deleted |
