The Solution Activity analysis provides information about activity that affects the solutions in Oracle ATG Web Knowledge Manager.

The number of times internal and external users have viewed the solution

The number of times the solution was linked to another solution

The number of times that links from the solution to other solutions were removed

# Reuse

The number of times that customer service agents linked the solution to customer support tickets

# Delete

The number of times the solution was deleted
