Before logging out of Commerce Service Center you should complete all current activity. If you log out, while you have an open current ticket, you will be prompted to change the ticket’s state.

Note: As a security measure, Commerce Service Center automatically logs you out if it detects no activity for a significant amount of time.

To log out, click the Logout button on the top navigation bar. Commerce Service Center displays the Logout page, which prompts you for confirmation. Click the Logout button on this page to complete logging out.
