Once you have added items to an order and reviewed an order, Commerce Service Center displays the Shipping Information page, where you can specify the shipping address for the order.

If the order contains multiple items, you can ship the order to multiple addresses, as described in Shipping to Multiple Addresses.

To specify the shipping information for the order:

  1. Access the Shipping Address panel using the shopping cart.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • If you have an active customer with saved address, select the Deliver to One Place link located above the desired address. This navigates you to the shipping method page

    • If your customer wants to pick up their order at a store, select the store location

    • If you want to associate the order with a shipping address other than one of the displayed addresses, or you do not have an active customer, click the Add a Destination link and enter the address information. You may also use the In Store Pickup button should the customer wish to pick up their merchandise from a local store. Refer to the Using In-Store Pickup section for additional information.

  3. Continue on to the Shipping Method page.

  4. Click Continue to Billing. The system displays the Billing Information page, where you can now add the payment information to the order. See Adding Payment Information.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

If the customer’s order contains multiple items, you can ship any combination of items to any of the customer’s shipping addresses (either the default address or any address in the customer’s address book). If you are working with an order that contains gift list items, the shipping address information will indicate both the recipient and the associated gift list.
