If the ATG Reporting Center and Business Control Center are running on different servers, you must reconfigure the link to the BCC from the Reporting Center.
To configure the link, update the url tag in the <ATG9dir>/ACI9.3/c8/templates/ps/portal/system.xml file. The default URL is:
<url>/atg/bcc</url>
Change the tag’s contents to the host name and port number of the machine on which the BCC is running:
<url>http://host:port_number/atg/bcc</url>
