You can add segments that have already been created to your project by performing the following steps:
From the BCC > Service Admin > Service Admin Configuration >
Project N

> Service User Segments panel, click Select Segments to display the Add Segment pop-up window.You can select from available Self Service segments. By default, the first segment in the list is selected. You can only select one segment at a time.
After you make your selection, you can choose an existing segment to copy site settings from. By default, Everyone-External is selected.
When you click OK, that Segment is added as a separate “site” for Self Service users.
After a short pause, you will see it in the left navigation panel with all of its own setting pages, which were copied from the segment you chose to copy. This is a one-time copy; changes to the source segment settings will not impact your new-segment settings, and changes to your new-segment settings will not affect the source settings.
