ATG Outreach users who want to view reports need a reporting role in addition to their other required roles (see Creating ATG Outreach User Accounts). You can assign reporting roles through the ATG Business Control Center as you would assign any other role. When a user attempts to access the Reporting Center from within ATG Outreach (typically by clicking the link in the Reporting tab), the AuthenticationProvider component in ATG Customer Intelligence uses a Web Services call to verify that the user has a valid role. To configure it, set the following property in the <ACI2007.3>\c8\configuration\AuthenticationProvider component so that the hostname and port represent the ATG server where the ATG Business Control Center is running:
