The catalog search REST call uses Endeca catalog search. For information on Endeca catalog searches, refer to the Commerce Reference Store Installation and Configuration Guide.

Note: When a Commerce Service Center agent performs a search, the agent’s profile is the current profile, but when ATG calls the Endeca catalog search API, the customer profile becomes the current profile.
