There are two actors that allow an agent to use the tasks found on the Respond Tab in the UI. These tasks enable agents to respond to customers using e-mail.
The RespondEmailActor is used by agents to respond to e-mail from a customer. This actor is located at /atg/svc/agent/ui/formhandlers/RespondEmailActor, and contains the following actor-chains:
