This manual has two goals:
To introduce the Business Control Center interface and describe how to perform tasks that are common to any application that uses this interface. These tasks include navigating the UI, performing batch edits, and using elements such as the Search tab.
To describe how to use the Business Control Center to create and manage user segments, content targeters, and content groups, which are the Oracle Commerce Personalization features you use to set up a Web site that displays dynamic content.
