Windows Server OS Installation Tasks
The following table describes the high-level steps for installing Windows Server
software.

Review the server Product Notes for information updates.
|

Install server hardware and connect to the Oracle ILOM service
processor.

Confirm the Windows Server release that you want to
install.

Choose a Windows Server installation method.
|

Verify that your system meets the requirements for
Windows Server installation:

Minimum memory, disk space, and other system
requirements.

Firmware is updated to the latest version.

Prepare to install Windows Server:

Partition your system. The Installer can install
Windows Server on an entire disk or on a partition.

Download the Windows Server image.
