• Updated the help topic Coupon Codes to add a note, which states that the coupon code can be used by a different customer meeting the promotion's customer eligibility requirements and not just the recipient of the coupon code.

Site Management and Performance

• Added a new help topic, Custom Record Permissions for Custom Roles that outlines the permission access levels requirements for custom records for custom employee roles that are used to log in to Site Management Tools and for custom customer roles that are used to browse and shop the web store.

• Updated help topic, Custom Record for Custom Content Type to include details about the required permission access levels for custom records for custom employee roles and custom customer roles.

Copy to Account

• In the NetSuite Help Center table of contents, configured the high-level Copy to Account overview content to display when Copy to Account is selected.

Country-Specific Features

• Updated the Brazil Localization SuiteApp Installation help topic to add an installation prerequisite for accounts with the the Automated Intercompany Management feature.

• Updated the following topics under Brazil Reports:

  • Generating Country Tax Reports for Brazil, to add a step about the Accounting Book field, which is now supported by several reports for Brazil.

  • Assessing PIS and COFINS, to add references about how to set up and create transactions to ensure they appear on the assessment.

• Added the new help topic Customizing Products with Scripts Using Action Records and Functions to include information about action records.

Order Management

• Updated the Electronic Invoicing topics to support integration with Avalara for E-invoicing.
