Commerce extensions provide additional functionalities to your Commerce web store. The following release notes describe new or enhanced Commerce extensions developed and supported by NetSuite.
Commerce extensions are only available if they are provisioned and set up in your account. Some extensions may dependent on the latest release of NetSuite. For more information, see Commerce Extensions.

The Google Tag Manager Editor extension has been updated to work with the Google Analytics 4 (GA4) service. To take advantage of these updates, you must be using the 2023.1 or later release of SuiteCommerce or SuiteCommerce Advanced.
If you are currently using the GA4 service and want to continue using it, you must complete the following steps:

Remove the GA4 service.

Add the GA4 service.
For more information, see the Add Services to Your Google Tag Manager Container section of Set Up Google Tag Manager.
After adding the service, be sure to review and publish your changes in Site Management Tools.

If the number of days when the product will be back in stock exceeds the maximum, the extension displays the maximum number of days instead.

You can choose to exclude specific items or override the best-seller calculation to highlight specific items in the product list pages, custom landing pages, and merchandising zones. You can use either sales quantity or sales amount to determine whether an item is a best seller for a given period.

Custom Fields
SuiteCommerce Custom Fields lets you add custom transaction body fields to the checkout application to request or provide additional information, such as shipping instructions and special order requests. You can include text, check box, and date-type fields to a separate module before or after existing modules.

Gift Certificate Value Check
SuiteCommerce Gift Certificate Value Check lets you add a predefined landing page in which shoppers can check the balance of gift certificates without having to log into their account area. Shoppers can check the remaining value on gift certificates by entering the gift certificate code in the field. They can view the gift certificate’s remaining value and the expiration date, if applicable. If the gift certificate has expired, a message is displayed to the shopper that indicates the expiration date.
