Multiple Payment Options

You can pay your vendors with electronic payment (Automated Clearing House (ACH)), virtual card, and check. The vendor must accept these payment methods and the payment methods must be set up on the vendor record.

Payment Automation saves you time and effort by reconciling HSBC bank and Virtual Card accounts with NetSuite.

Bank and card data are automatically imported and matched daily, which simplifies the traditional tedious task of reconciling bank and Virtual Card statements. Payment Automation handles daily bank downloads, and automatically matches transactions to bank account details. Discrepancies are flagged for further review.

The Payment Automation SuiteApp supports multiple subsidiaries. OneWorld users with multiple US subsidiaries can apply for HSBC accounts in each US subsidiary and can process payments from each US subsidiary.
