Adding Related Deferred Revenue Recognitions

Prerequisites

To add related deferred revenue recognitions, you should have:

  • Deferred revenue recognition template defined in the system.

Procedure

To add related deferred revenue recognitions:

  1. Ensure that the Related Deferred Revenue Recognitions section is expanded when you are editing a deferred revenue recognition.

    The Related Deferred Revenue Recognitions section contains the following fields:

    Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No)
    Deferred Revenue Recognition ID Used to specify the ID of the deferred revenue recognition.
    Note: The Search (The Search Icon) icon appears corresponding to this field. On clicking the Search icon, the Deferred Revenue Recognition Search window appears.
    Yes
    Create Date Time Used to indicate the creation date and time of the deferred revenue recognition. Yes
    Financial Transaction ID Used to specify the ID of the financial transaction corresponding to the deferred revenue recognition.
    Note: The Search (The Search Icon) icon appears corresponding to this field. On clicking the Search icon, the Financial Transactions Search window appears.

  2. Enter the required details in the Related Deferred Revenue Recognitions section.
  3. If you want to add more than one related deferred revenue recognition for the deferred revenue recognition, click the Add (The Add Icon) icon and then repeat step 2.
    Note: However, if you want to remove a related deferred revenue recognition from the deferred revenue recognition, click the Delete (The Delete Icon) icon corresponding to the related deferred revenue recognition.
