How to Generate a Statement

You can generate a statement from the user interface or through a background process. For more information on how to generate a statement from the user interface, see On-line Statement Production.

To create statements in the background process, you need to:

If you want to... Then...
Extract Bills in the Custom Format Set the batch control type of the Create Statements (STMPRD) batch to Timed and define the following attributes:

  • Time Interval

  • Timer Active

  • User ID

  • Batch Language

  • Email Address
Extract Bills in the CAMT or TWIST Format Set the batch control type of the Create Statements in CAMT or TWIST Format (CISTMEXT) batch to Timed and define the following attributes:

  • Time Interval

  • Timer Active

  • User ID

  • Batch Language

  • Email Address
