Customer Hierarchy

The Customer Hierarchy zone allows you to search for a person and account using various search criteria. It contains the following two sections:

  • Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:

    Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No)
    Search By Used to indicate whether you want to search for a customer. The valid values are:
    • Customer

    • Account

    Note: By default, the Customer option is selected.
    Yes
    Division Used to search customers which belong to a particular division.
    Note:
    This field appears when:
    • The Customer option is selected from the Search By list.

    • The Account option is selected from the Search By list.

    No
    Customer Name Used to search a particular a customer using its primary or secondary name.
    Note: This field appears when the Customer option is selected from the Search By list.
    No
    Customer Segment Used to search for customers which belong to a particular customer segment.
    Note: This field appears when the Customer option is selected from the Search By list.
    No
    Person ID Used to search a particular customer.
    Note:

    This field appears when the Customer option is selected from the Search By list.

    The Search icon () appears to the Person ID field. On clicking the Search icon, thePerson Search window appears.

    Identifier Type Used to indicate the identifier type based on which you want to search for a customer.
    Note:

    This field appears when:

    • The Customer option is selected from the Search By list.

    • The Account option is selected from the Search By list.

    Yes (Conditional)
    Note: If you specify the identifier value as a search criteria, you have to select the identifier type.
    Identifier Value Used to search customers with a particular identifier.
    Note:

    This field appears when:

    • The Customer option is selected from the Search By list.

    • The Account option is selected from the Search By list.

    Yes (Conditional)
    Note: If you specify the identifier type as a search criteria, you have to enter the identifier value.
    Customer Tier Used to indicate the customer tier to which the customer is associated.
    Note: This field appears when the Customer option is selected from the Search By list.

    Account ID Used to search a particular customer.
    Note: This field appears when the Account option is selected from the Search By list.

    By default, the Customer Hierarchy zone displays details of all customers under the relationship manager along with their child customers.

    You must specify at least one search criterion while searching for a customer. One more search criterion is required when you are searching for a customer using the division and/or customer tier.

  • Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:

    Column Name Column Description
    Customer Identifier Displays the customer identifier. In addition, this column has a context menu which helps to view the list in ascending and descending order.
    Customer Name Displays the name of the customer. In addition, this column has a context menu which helps to view the list in ascending and descending order.
    Actual Revenue Displays the revenue generated from all accounts which are billed for the customer.
    Committed Revenue Displays the revenue committed from customer.
    Revenue Variation Displays revenue variation of the customer.
    Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Customer 360° Information screen appears where you can view the details of the respective customer.
