RM Workbench

The RM Workbench zone allows you to search for a customer using various search criteria. It contains the following fields:

• Search Criteria- The Search Criteria contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description	Mandatory (Yes or No)
  Period From	Used to indicate the period from when the customer is active. Note: By default, month and year is selected.	Yes
  Period To	Used to indicate the period till when the customer is active. Note: By default, month and year is selected.	Yes
  Relationship Manager	Used to search customers which belong to a particular relationship manager. Note: The list includes only those users where the Supervisor Role Flag (C1SUPFLG) charateristic is set to Y.	Yes
  Division	Used to search customers which belong to a particular division.	No
  Customer Segment	Used to search for a customers which belong to a particular customer segment. Note: The list includes only those values which are defined in the CUST_​SEG_​FLG lookup field.	No
  Customer Tier	Used to search for a customers which belong to a particular customer tier. Note: The list includes only those values which are defined in the CUST_​TIER_​FLG lookup field.	No

  Note:

  You must specify at least one search criterion while searching for customers. One more search criterion is required when you are searching for customers using the division and/or customer segment.

  If you have specified any other search criterion along with the system ignores the additional search criterion and searches using the respectively.
