Revenue Metrics

The Revenue Metrics zone enables you to view the following information through a tiles chart:
  • Total revenue from all the customers under the relationship manager

  • Average revenue under the relationship manager

  • Total bill amount from all invoices that are unpaid for all the customers under relationship manager

In addition, you can view the above information through a trend by selecting the Trend option available in the Revenue Metrics zone.

Note: By default, the above information is shown for the period which is specified in the RM Workbench zone. You can change the period if required.

You can filter the information using various criteria (such as, Period From, Period To, Division, Customer Tier, and Customer Segment) available in the Deal Metrics zone.
