Viewing the Inactive Customer's Details
Procedure
To view the details of the inactive customers:
- Search for the customers in the Relationship Workbench Manager screen.

In the Customer Metrics section,
click on the Inactive Customers tile whose
details you want to view.
The Inactive Customer Details screen appears.
- View the details of the inactive customers in the Inactive Customer Details zone.
