Division-Specific Negotiability Floor and Ceil Values for Price Item

The Division-Specific Negotiability Floor and Ceil Values for Price Item zone lists the negotiability floor and ceil limits of a price item or price item bundle which are defined for the division. It contains the following columns:

Column Name Column Description
Floor Value Indicates the floor (i.e. lower) limit for the rate negotiation.
Ceil Value Indicates the ceil (i.e. upper) limit for the rate negotiation.
Floor and Ceil Currency Indicates the currency used to define the rate negotiability floor and ceil limits.
Note: The system does the currency conversion when the pricing currency is different from the floor and ceil currency.
Rate Negotiability Indicates if the rate of a price item is negotiable or not in a deal. The valid values are:
  • Yes

  • No

Negotiate Rate Only Within Range Indicates that the system should validate whether the negotiated rate is within the negotiability floor and ceil limits or not. The valid values are:
  • Yes

  • No

Note: This field is enabled when the Yes option is selected for the Negotiability Switch list

By default, the Division-Specific Negotiability Floor and Ceil Values for Price Item zone does not appear in the Price Item screen. It appears when you click the Broadcast (The Broadcast Icon) icon corresponding to a division in the Divisions zone.
