Outbound Connectivity

By default, Oracle Health Insurance Cloud Services environments are unable to make calls external to the service. Each external host to be reached from Oracle Health Insurance must be whitelisted on the outbound proxy. This whitelist is maintained per environment.

Requesting outbound proxy entries

Modification of the outbound proxy whitelist is requested through a Service Request (SR) in My Oracle Support (MOS) mentioning the following:

 We need the following hosts whitelisted on the outbound proxy for the mentioned Oracle Health Insurance Cloud Services source environments:
* target hostname: api.example.com
* target port: 443
* source environments: acme-dev-ohi, acme-uat-ohi, acme-tst-ohi
