Log Management

The purpose of log management is to collect system-related information for audit and understand failures to troubleshoot applications in Oracle Health Insurance Cloud Services.

Oracle Health Insurance Cloud Services system generates the following types of logs:

  • Application Log: The primary purpose of this log is to report runtime errors.

  • Security Log: It contains information about creating user accounts, changes in privileges, and read-access to sensitive data.

  • Protected Health Information (PHI) Log: After specifying the proper filter, the Oracle Health Insurance application logs sensitive information such as names, addresses, and web service payloads to a specific log that can be managed separately.
