Errors logged if Sun QDR InfiniBand Host Channel Adapter is installed in certain slots

Bug ID 15689297

There are some errors in the SP system event log (SEL) if the Sun Quad Data Rate (QDR) InfiniBand Host Channel Adapter PCIe option card (X4242A) is installed in slot 1, 2, 4, or 5 on the Sun Fire X4270 M2 Server. An example of the error message is:

Affected hardware:

Sun Fire X4270 M2 Server
Sun Quad Data Rate (QDR) InfiniBand Host Channel Adapter PCIe option card (X4242A)

Workaround:

Move the Sun Quad Data Rate (QDR) InfiniBand Host Channel Adapter PCIe option card to slot 0. There is no funtional impact, and the message can be safely ignored.
