When launching the Remote System Console from the Oracle ILOM graphical user interface, you might receive the following error message:
"Video redirection error: Conncection reset"
Upon receiving this message, the Remote System Console status is displayed as disconnected.
Affected software:
Oracle ILOM 3.2.11.20
Software Releases 1.10 and 1.10.1
Workaround:
Close and then relaunch the Remote System Console.
