Oracle Linux may panic at boot time with backtrace "__cpufreq_governor".

Affected Software:

Sun Fire X4170 M2 Server
Sun Fire X4270 M2 Server
Oracle Linux 6.6 and 7.0 with UEK3QU4 (3.8.13-55) and any older UEK3 kernels
Release 1.7.4 through 1.10.1

Workaround:

If this issue occurs, perform a manual reset on the system. This issue will be fixed in a future UEK kernel.
