You can search for an existing order in one of two ways:
By order number, order status or order date. You can also search by customer login, customer first name, last name or email address, or by a SKU ID
By advanced search criteria, which includes the customer shipping and billing information
When you search by order number or SKU ID, enter either the full number or a portion. When you search using advanced search criteria, enter the full address or billing information, or a portion. Search is not case-sensitive.
