If you end a call, start a new call, or perform any other action that causes ATG Commerce Service Center to create a new ticket, the system displays a page where you specify what to do with the current ticket:
Select the radio button for the desired ticket disposition.
If you select Close Ticket, enter a Reason.
Enter an option Ticket Note
Select the Share with Customer checkbox if the note is to be made available to the customer when they review their tickets.
Click OK to save your changes.
