To view the tickets associated with a customer:
Display the customer’s profile.
The Customer Management page contains a Ticket Activity subsection that displays the ticket number, creation date, and description for each ticket associated with the customer.
To view an associated ticket, click on the ticket number. To work on a ticket associated with the customer, click the Work On link.
