To create a new media asset:
In the Browse panel, navigate to Media & Content. Select the folder where you want to create the new asset. See Using the Navigation Pane for details.
Note: You can also create a media asset from the Find panel when Media is selected in the For dropdown menu. This creates the media asset in the Uncategorized Items or Unsited Items list.
Click the Create button in the toolbar and select one of the following:
Media – External
Media – Internal – Binary
Media – Internal – Text
Fill in the property fields in the Details pane. Required fields are marked with a star icon.
Click the Create button at the bottom of the Details pane.
