How to Back Up and Restore a COMSTAR Configuration

After you complete your COMSTAR configuration, make a copy that can be restored, if needed.

1. Become an administrator.

   For more information, see Using Your Assigned Administrative Rights in Securing Users and Processes in Oracle Solaris 11.4.

2. Export the current COMSTAR configuration.

   # svccfg export -a stmf > COMSTAR.backup

3. If necessary, restore the exported configuration.

   # svccfg import COMSTAR.backup
