This topic provides a high-level introduction to the main
components and capabilities of the server.

memory risers (optional). A server with 16 64-GB DIMMs supports 1024

For internal storage, the server provides:
Eight 2.5-inch drive bays, accessible through the front panel. A slot-loading DVD+/-RW SATA drive on the front of the server, above the right drive
bays.
