Retention Dashboard Metrics Cohort Types

The Cohort Analysis portlet can display the following cohort analyses:

• Cohort Type: Number of Logos

• Cohort Type: Gross Logo Churn Rate

• Cohort Type: Logo Retention Rate

• Cohort Type: Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

• Cohort Type: Net Revenue Churn Rate

• Cohort Type: Net Revenue Retention - Related to Previous Month

• Cohort Type: Net Revenue Retention - Related to Base Period

• Cohort Type: Cumulative Lifetime Revenue (LTR)

• Cohort Type: Customer Lifetime Revenue (CLTR)

• Cohort Type: Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)

Cohort Analysis visualizes data as a dynamic heatmap that shows Month 0 to Month X based on the selected Start and End Period. The heatmap visually shows retention, engagement, or revenue over time to highlight trends and anomalies. For details, see Color-Coded Indicators for Key Cohort Data.
