In order to retrieve TES data, a customer calls the TES API to:
Query incidents, or
Update incidents using https://amr.oracle.com/api/tes/incidents/{incidentId}
In both cases, the customer is required to add a header named authorization using the value of the OAM token received from the OAM service (and communicated to the customer by the Oracle service implementation team.)
