Behavior of the Criteria

When startTime and endTime are provided in the criteria, the system returns all records where:

  • The incident ticket was created within the time period between the values represented by startTime and endTime, or

  • The incident ticket's last operation date falls within the time period between the values represented by startTime and endTime, or

  • The creation of the worklog or the last operation date falls within the time period between the values represented by startTime and endTime (only when an externalId is present).
