Billed Consumption Zone

The Billed Consumption Zone illustrates the amount of consumption on each of the customer's historical bills. Up to three units of measure (UOM) are shown for each bill. The system uses the graph UOM's defined on the SA types associated with the customer's active service agreements. If more than three graph UOM's are detected for a customer, the system uses those associated with the service agreement types with the highest bill print priorities.

The following points describe unique features of this zone:

• If you hover the mouse on a bar in the graph, summary information about the bill will display.
• If you click on a bar in the graph, you will be transferred to the bill page with the respective bill displayed.
