Adding a Service for the Market Product

Prerequisites

To add a service to the market product, you should have:

  • Product defined in the application.

  • Service defined in the application.

Procedure

To add a service to the market product:

  1. Ensure that the Services section is expanded in the Services zone of Services page when you are add service to the product.

    The Services zone contains the following fields:

    Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No)
    Product Service Used to specify the product service. Not applicable
    Description Used to specify the description of the product service. Not applicable
    Start Date Used to specify the date from when the product service is effective.
    Note:

    The product service end date cannot be earlier than the product service start date.

    		 Not applicable
    End Date Used to specify the date till when the product service is effective.
    Note:

    The product service end date cannot be earlier than the product service start date.

    		 Not applicable
    Mandatory Services Displays the services associated with the selected product. Not applicable
    Optional Services Used to add the service for the market product. No
  2. Enter the required details in the Services section.
  3. Click Save as Draft, to save the product in the draft.
  4. Click Submit, to save the product.
