Defining Eligibility Criteria for the Market Product

Procedure

To define eligibility criteria for the market product:

  1. Ensure that the Eligibility zone is expanded in the Eligibility page when you are defining eligibility criteria for the market product.

    The Eligibility zone contains the following fields:

    Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No)
    Eligibility Rule Used to specify a eligibility rule for the market product. Yes
    Start Date Used to specify the date from when the eligibility rule will be effective. Yes
    End Date Used to specify the date till when the eligibility rule will be effective. No
    Parameter Used to search the parameter which you want to associate with the eligibility rule.
    Note: The Search (The Search Icon) appears corresponding to the fields. On clicking the Search icon, the Parameter Search window appears where you can search for the required parameter.

    Operator Used to specify the relational operator to define the relation between the parameter name and value. Yes
    Parameter Value Type Used to indicate the parameter value against which you want to compare the parameter. The valid values are:
    • Parameter
    • Value

    Parameter Used to search the parameter (on the right hand side) against which you want to compare the parameter (on the left hand side).
    Note: The Search (The Search Icon) appears corresponding to the fields. On clicking the Search icon, the Parameter Search window appears where you can search for the required parameter.

    Is True Used to indicate what happens when the condition is true (satisfied). The valid values are:
    • Check Next Condition - Indicates that the condition with consecutive sequence number should be executed.
    • Rule Is Falsee - Indicates that the action specified in the Rule False Action field should be executed.
    • Rule Is True - Indicates that the action specified in the Rule True Action field should be executed.

    Is False Used to indicate what happens when the condition is false (not satisfied). The valid values are:
    • Check Next Condition - Indicates that the condition with consecutive sequence number should be executed.
    • Rule Is False - Indicates that the action specified in the Rule False Action field should be executed.
    • Rule Is True - Indicates that the action specified in the Rule True Action field should be executed.

    Is Sufficient Used to indicate what happens when the data is insufficient. The valid values are:
    • Check Next Condition - Indicates that the condition with consecutive sequence number should be executed.
    • Rule Is False - Indicates that the action specified in the Rule False Action field should be executed.
    • Rule Is True - Indicates that the action specified in the Rule True Action field should be executed.

    TheEligibility zone contains the Eligibility Rules table which contain following columns:

    Column Column Description
    Eligibility Rule Displays eligibility rule of the market product.
    Start Date Displays the date from when the eligibility rule is effective.
    End Date Displays the date till when the eligibility rule is effective.
  2. Enter the required details in the Eligibility zone.
  3. Click Save as Draft, to save the market product in the draft.
  4. Click Next, to go to Services page.
    The market product is saved as draft in the application.
