Viewing the Details of a File

Procedure

To view the details of a file:

  1. Search for the file in the Search File zone of the File Upload Dashboard screen.
  2. In the Search Results section, click the Broadcast (The Broadcast Icon) icon corresponding to the file whose details you want to view.
    The following list of zones appears.

    • File Upload Failure Reason

    • Successfully Uploaded Record Summary

    • File Record Status Summary

    • File Error Message List

    • File Header Detail

    • File Footer Detail

  3. View the details of the specific file in the respective zones.
