Extract Template List

The Extract Template List zone lists the extract templates that are already defined in the system. It contains the following columns:

Column Name	Column Description
Extract Template	Displays the extract template.
Description	Displays the description of the extract template.
Status	Indicates the status of the extract template. The valid values are: Active Inactive Note: Extract templates which are in the Inactive status cannot be used for extracting information.
Edit	On clicking the Edit () icon, the Extract Template screen appears where you can edit the details of the extract template.
Duplicate	On clicking the Duplicate () icon, the Extract Template screen appears where you can define a new extract template using an existing extract template.
Delete	On clicking the Delete () icon, you can delete the extract template.

Note: Pagination is used to display limited number of records in this zone. You can use the navigation links, such as Previous and Next to navigate between pages.

You can filter the list using various search criteria (such as, Extract Template, Description and Status) available in the Filter area. By default, the Filter area is hidden. You can view the Filter area by clicking the Filters () icon in the upper right corner of this zone.

On clicking the Broadcast () icon corresponding to an extract template, the Extract Template zone appears where you can view the details of the respective extract template.
